A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS DURING COVID-19
To all our valued clients, your comfort and safety is our main priority. We are closely monitoring the circumstances and government recommendations regarding COVID-19.
To help maintain a safe work environment for all staff and our guests who visit The Hair Hub. As part of the NSW COVID-19 Public Health Orders under the Work Health and Safety Laws staff and guest MUST NOT visit our stores if you are unwell with flu/cold like symptoms, or have recently returned from overseas travel or have recently visited or travelled through any high risks areas (hot spots) or have come into contact with someone with COVID-19, or have been ask to isolate by your doctor.
Please call our stores before completing the ONLINE BOOKING to reschedule, even if you have the slightest symptoms.
As always, we will all band together to help each other to prevent the spread and keep a safe environment during this terrible pandemic.

You will receive an SMS, email or our staff may contact you directly to confirm your appointment the day (24hrs) before. If there is no reply to our SMS or email and our staff are unable to confirm appointments 24hrs before the due date, our guest appointments are moved to a “Pending Appointment”. That way other bookings can be allocated to fill the gaps so staff are kept busy.
What will happen when my appointment is moved to a “Pending Appointment”? If you arrive on the day, you may need to wait until the next available spot or reschedule your appointment to the next available time and date. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and do appreciate your understanding on how important it is for staff to be efficient in running a salon business.
We understand things do come up at short notice and that’s why we have allowed 24hrs notice for guest to confirm appointments.
What if I am running late? If you are running late to your appointment on the day, it's important to call as soon as possible as this may have a knock-on-affect to other guest appointments. In some instances, when the late appointment timing conflicts with the next appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment on the day, we do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
